Recruitment & Hiring

  • HR leads all recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Focused on attracting and retaining top educators and staff

HR Information System (Paycom)

  • 24/7 access to payroll, leave balances, timekeeping, and records

  • Secure and monitored for accuracy and confidentiality

Employee Development

  • Led by the Department of Teaching and Learning in partnership with HR

  • Ongoing training and growth opportunities for staff

Credentialing & Verification

  • Delciated Credential Analyst reviews and verifies all employee credentials and qualifications.

Employee Relations & Complaints

  • HR manages employee concerns with support from the Compliance Department

  • Ensures open communication and fair resolution

Employee Compensation

  • HR ensures fair, competitive pay aligned with state and federal laws

  • Employment eligibility verified to maintain a safe, compliant workplace
