This year is our 25th Anniversary. From humble beginnings in 1996, we have risen to become one of the top public schools in Oakland. Along the way, we have faced challenges, like not having a great K-12 long-term facility to call home. Now we are going to change that. You can help.

We have a vision
Forever Home
A long-term home for all of our K-12 students. We need at least 75,000 square feet to create a space equal to our students’ achievements and potential. You can make this forever home a reality.
Athletic Field
The Golden Eagles and Lady Eagles Soccer teams, our champion cross country runners, and our new middle school flag football and soccer teams all deserve a great field to train and win on. Be their champion and contribute to a world class athletic field.
Library & Study Rooms
Our students need access to a state-of-the-art library and study spaces to elevate even further their high academic performance. Contribute to funding a library on par with our strong academic culture.
Laboratory
To drive forth the science, engineering, and technological skills of our students, especially in high school, requires expansive advanced lab space. Join AIMS in building a cutting-edge laboratory.
Performing Arts Theater
AIMS has accomplished musicians and theater programs, and we need a stage for graduation ceremonies and assemblies. Be part of ensuring our forever home has a beautiful theater.
Fitness Center & Swimming Pool
Our forever home must have a gym and multi-use facility for our basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and swimming teams. Help us fund the fitness center and swimming pool our students and families need.
Cafeteria
Just like a kitchen is the heart of every home, the heart of our forever home needs to be top quality and help fuel our kids’ learning and achieving. Support a great cafeteria for our hungry students.
Playground
Play is an important component of learning. It helps release energy that allows children to focus better in class and inspires imagination and creativity. Help us develop a stimulating playground for our young students.
Green Spaces
We know more than ever that natural lighting, outdoor spaces, and sustainable design are critical for student wellness and efficient energy use. Our forever home needs green spaces, and you can help make that happen.
