It wasn’t the easiest path for the Class of 2024, who started high school during the pandemic. Their Freshman year was all online and they had to navigate through technical difficulties and online learning their first year. The students came back to the classroom their Sophomore year and, through their perseverance, they maintained academic success.

KTVU’s Crystal Bailey asked AIMS Administrators how AIMS is so successful.

Natalie Glass, Director of Schools explained “we get our students thinking about college very young, from Kindergarten on.”

Superintendent Woods-Cadiz added “we pay for college enrollments and we provide counseling.” The school provides counseling services for college and educational goals as well as for student wellness.
