MyMealTime Lunch Payments & Online Lunch Applications
Below are helpful step by step processes of making lunch payments easier online and applying for your lunch application online. There is a new feature on MealTime that allows you to set up automatic payments. Please take a moment to create a login and pay online, save yourself some time.
AIMS has partnered with MyMealTime.com, a convenient and secure online service for monitoring your student’s lunch account and making credit/debit or automatic card deposits. You may also be able to make other school payments such as sports/activities fees, yearbook purchases, library fines, fundraisers and more.
3 Easy Steps to Use MyMealTime.com
Open your web browser, type mymealtime.com into the address bar, and hit enter.
*Or if you prefer, you can access the site by visiting your school or district website, locating and clicking on the link to make an online payment or deposit. Either method will take you to the mymealtime.com login page.
Step 1: Register. Click on the “Register” link. Enter your birthdate, and click the box to agree to the terms. You then will fill out your information to create your MyMealTime.com profile. Passwords must be between 8 and 20 characters, and include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one special character.
Step 2: Link Your Student. Login to your MyMealTime.com account using the Username and Password you just created. Click on “Add Student” then click “New”. Select your state and then type the name of your child’s school and click to select.Enter your student’s ID number (provided by the school) and first name only. Click “Add”.
Step 3: Make a Deposit/ Automatic Payments. Click on “Home – Deposit Funds”.If you have multiple students linked to your account, you can deposit separate amounts into each of their accounts in one transaction. Click on the green “Add $” button and enter the amount of the deposit. Repeat this process for multiple students.Click “Go to Checkout”. You will see the total deposit amount plus the convenience fee. Click “Add a payment method” and enter your credit card information. Click “Save Payment Method” if you would like to save this card for future transactions.Click “Save and Continue”.Review the amount your credit card will be charged and click “Complete Transaction”. Deposits will reflect in the student’s lunch account after a brief periodic synchronization.
Automatic Payments. Click on “schedule a new deposit”. Click on “add new payment method, set desired trigger for this automatic deposit. Funds will be automatically deposited into your selected Cafeteria Account based on your chosen schedule.
After this is completed you can login anytime, anywhere to securely and conveniently monitor your student’s lunch account and make payments or set up automatic bill pay. Thank you again for your continued support in your child education and wellbeing.
